Policy Changes
Our agency staff is here to help you with any changes that need to be made to your policy or coverage. A staff directory with individual email links can be found on the “Our Team” page of this site. Please feel free to send staff an email about your change or give us a call at 270-781-6700. Keep in mind that coverage can not be bound or altered via email or voicemail. (Your policy change will not be effective unless you receive direct communication back from our staff.)

Claims
Our agency staff is also here to help with claims. While all our staff can help with your claim, we do have two individuals designated as our claims specialist. Debbie Meador is our Personal Lines claims specialist and Carole Brothers is our Commercial Lines claims specialist. Please feel free contact our staff or claims specialist with your claim information.

If you have a claim you need to report outside of our normal business hours, please refer to the options below:

1. You may call our office at 270-781-6700 and leave a message with your claim’s details. We will return your call at our first opportunity.

2. You may use the toll-free numbers listed below to report your claim direct to your insurance company. (If your coverage is not with a company listed below, you must report the claim to our agency by using option 1 above.)

Payments
Our agency staff has many ways to assist you with making an insurance payment. We can accept payment over the phone by check or credit card with most of our companies. You also have the option of making your payment in our office but be advised we do not accept cash payments. Check or money orders only please…

Most people find the easiest method to pay is mailing their payment when they receive their bill. However, keep in mind that bills function as a courtesy and it is your responsibility to know your insurance payment schedule.

Cancellation
Our agency staff can also assist you with canceling coverage when needed. We are required to obtain signed cancellation statement when you are canceling all coverage carried with our agency.
